Julius Sunkuli, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Tourism and Wildlife: - Could the Cabinet Secretary— (i) state the reasons for the inordinate delay in commencing construction of the Ildolisho Branch of Kenya Utalii College and indicate the timelines for commencement including its estimated completion date? (ii) outline the factors that informed the Ministry’s decision to establish a branch of the College in Ildolisho town, considering that it is not close to other towns and neither is it a tourist area? (iii) clarify whether public participation was conducted prior to the approval of this project, and if so, provide a report on the outcome of the exercise? (iv) provide the estimated cost of the project, indicating the total funds allocated and the actual expenditure incurred on the construction of Ildolisho branch?
