THAT, taking into consideration the findings of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning in its report on the approval hearing of a Nominee for Appointment as the Director General of the Financial Reporting Centre, laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday, 11th February 2026, and pursuant to the provisions of section 25 of the Proceeds of Crime and Anti- Money Laundering Act (POCAMLA), Cap 59A and sections 3 and 8 of the Public Appointments (Parliamentary Approval) Act, Cap. 7F, this House approves the appointment of Mr. Naphtaly Kipchirchir Rono as the Director General of the Financial Reporting Centre.
