THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Committee on Delegated Legislation on its consideration of the Draft Charter for the Establishment of the Kenya Medical Research Institute, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 7thApril 2026, and pursuant to the provisions of section 24(1) of the Universities Act, Cap 210, this House approves the Draft Charter for the Establishment of the Kenya Medical Research Institute.
