THAT, taking into consideration the findings of the Departmental Committee on Regional Development in its report on the Vetting of Nominees for Appointment as Principal Secretaries, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, December 1, 2022, and pursuant to the provisions of Article 155(3)(b) of the Constitution, approves the appointment of the following persons as Principal Secretaries – 1. Mr. Idris Dokota – State Department for ASALs and Regional Development.; and 2. Ms. Teresia Mbaika Malokwe – State Department for Devolution
