THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Committee on Delegated Legislation on its consideration of the Public Finance Management (State Officers and Public Officers Motor Car Loan Scheme Fund (Amendment) Regulations of 2025, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 31st March 2026 and, pursuant to the provisions of Section 24 (4) of the Public Finance Management Act, Cap 112A, approves the Public Finance Management (State Officers and Public Officers Motor Car Loan Scheme Fund) (Amendment) Regulations of 2025, published as Legal Notice No. 7 of 2026.
