THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Committee on Delegated Legislation on its consideration of the Income Tax Exemption (Amendment of Legal Notice No. 15 of 2021), laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 25th August 2026, and pursuant to the provisions of section 13(3) of the Income Tax Act, Cap 470, this House approves the Income Tax Exemption (Amendment of Legal Notice No. 15 of 2021) (published as Legal Notice No. 191 of 2025).
