THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Committee on Delegated Legislation on its consideration of the Draft Privileges and Immunities (Africa Finance Corporation) Order, 2026, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 13th October 2026, and pursuant to the provisions of section 17 of the Privileges and Immunities Act, Cap 179, this House approves the Draft Privileges and Immunities (Africa Finance Corporation) Order, 2026.
