THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Defence, Intelligence and Foreign Relations on Budget Implementation Monitoring for FY 2023/2024 for the following State Departments, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 1st April 2025 – 1. Vote 1053 – State Department for Foreign Affairs; 2. Vote 1054 – State Department for Diaspora Affairs; and 3. Vote 1221 – State Department for East African Community.
