The Member for Nakuru County (Hon. Liza Chelule, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Education: - Could the Cabinet Secretary— (i) state the measures put in place to subsidize the high utility bills faced by special needs schools considering that they have high influx of students and require necessary infrastructure to accommodate them? (ii) clarify whether there are any plans in place by the Ministry in collaboration with the Ministry of Energy to subsidize the high costs of electricity in special needs schools.
