Teresia Wanjiru, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Public Service, Gender and Affirmative Action: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) Explain the measures and mechanism that the Ministry has instituted to curb sexual harassment among low cadre workers and people living with disabilities who are most vulnerable to sexual harassment and abuse at work places? (ii) State the steps being taken by the Ministry to raise awareness on sexual harassment, encourage fearless reporting of sexual harassment cases and positioning media and other information platforms for reporting such cases to ensure that culprits of such heinous acts face the law?
