THAT, pursuant to the provisions of section 15(3) of the Statutory Instruments Act, Cap. 2A, this House resolves to extend the period for consideration of the following statutory instruments by a period of twenty-one (21) days with effect from 17th February, 2026— (i) The Kenya Roads Board (Kenya Roads Board Fund) (Additional Funding) Regulations, 2025 (Legal Notice No. 156 of 2025); and (ii) The National Police Service Commission (Recruitment and Appointment) Regulations, 2025 (Legal Notice No. 159 of 2025).
