- Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) Clarify why the Ministry is yet to resolve the recurring conflict between herders and farmers, particularly in the Ungu Village of Hindi Ward, Witu and Mkunumbi Wards, given the possibility for these conflicts to escalate into violent clashes between the communities?
