Sen. Cherarkey Samson Kiprotich

Senator Samson Kiprotich Cherarkey is currently serving his second term as the elected Senator for Nandi County. In the Senate, he is a member of the Committee on Information, Communication and Technology, as well as the County Public Accounts Committee. He has sponsored several bills, including the Employment (Amendment) Bill (Senate Bills No. 11 of 2022), the Prevention of Livestock and Produce Theft Bill (Senate Bills No. 12 of 2023), the County Governments (Amendment) Bill (Senate Bills No. 25 of 2023), the Public Service (Values and Principles) (Amendment) Bill, the Cancer Prevention and Control (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill (National Assembly Bills No. 45 of 2022), and the Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) No. 2 Bill (Senate Bills No. 46 of 2024).
