Hon. Abdikadir Hussein Mohamed (born 1971 in Mandera District) is a seasoned Kenyan politician and trained lawyer, currently serving as the Member of Parliament for Lagdera Constituency in Garissa County, representing the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) since 2022 . He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nairobi and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, reflecting his strong academic foundation . Abdikadir previously served as MP for Mandera Central from 2007 to 2013, during which he chaired the Constitution Implementation Oversight Committee and was recognized for his role in drafting Kenya’s 2010 Constitution.
