Sen. Joyce Chepkoech Korir is serving her first term as a nominated Senator under the UDA party, having been appointed following the 2022 General Election to represent women’s interests in the Senate. In the Senate, she currently serves as a member of the Committee on National Cohesion, Equal Opportunity and Regional Integration and the Committee on Delegated Legislation. She is the former Woman Representative for Bomet County.
