Hon. Josses Lelmengit Kiptoo Kosgey is the current Member of Parliament for Emgwen Constituency in Nandi County, elected in 2022 on a United Democratic Alliance (UDA) ticket. Born in 1994, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). Prior to joining politics, he worked in the construction industry, serving as a project manager and CEO of North Rift Solutions Ltd. He also gained public service experience as a personal assistant to Nandi Senator Samson Cherargei. As one of the youngest MPs in the 13th Parliament, Hon. Lelmengit is committed to youth empowerment, infrastructure development, and transparent leadership for his constituents.
