Sen. Jackson Mandago is serving his first term as the Senator for Uasin Gishu County, elected in August 2022 under the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party. He previously served two terms as the first Governor of Uasin Gishu County from 2013 to 2022. In the Senate, he serves as the Chairperson of the Health Committee, and is also a member of the Liaison Committee and the Trade, Industrialisation and Tourism Committee.
