Sen. Miraj Abdillahi is a first-term nominated Senator representing the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) since August 16, 2022. She currently serves as the Vice Chairperson of the Senate Committee on Information, Communication and Technology (ICT). Additionally, she is an active member of the Committee on Roads, Transportation and Housing, and the Committee on Labour and Social Welfare. She has sponsored the Care and Protection of Child Parents Bill (Senate Bills No. 29 of 2023) and the County Hall of Fame Bill (Senate Bills No. 18 of 2023).
