Hon. Caleb Mutiso Mule is serving his first term as a Member of the National Assembly, having been elected in August 2022 to represent Machakos Town Constituency under the Maendeleo Chap Chap Party. In June 2023, he successfully sponsored an amendment to the Finance Bill that introduced stricter safeguards on the Housing Fund to ensure its allocation exclusively supports the Affordable Housing programme.
