Hon. Caleb Mutiso Mule is the current Member of Parliament for Machakos Town, elected in August 2022 on a Maendeleo Chap Chap ticket. He earned a Bachelor of Human Resource Administration from Kenya Methodist University after completing studies in Applied Statistics at the former Kenya Polytechnic. Before serving as MP, he represented Kimakimwe Ward as an MCA from 2017 to 2022 and was a member and vice-chair of the County Assembly Service Board. Hon. Mule has since championed development through initiatives such as commissioning a solar-powered borehole at the Machakos Town TVC, installing high-mast solar lighting in local markets, and delivering substantial bursaries to students. He also advocates for interfaith harmony, transparent governance, and improved public security, including the establishment of a new County Criminal Investigations Office in Machakos.
