He also stated that the budget allocation would support the completion of the Maua-Athiru-Meru highway, which benefits his constituency. He contributed in the Finance Bill 2024 debate and supported passing the bill, stating that it was instrumental towards funding the coutnry's budget. Requested a statement from the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Health regarding the status of the 2020 Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI) investigation into the high prevalence of cancer in Meru County, particularly Igembe South.
